It is poor, The straps to lock the vest in place come loose every time you try to do anything in it. This causes the vest to shift and move. When you are using a 20lb. vest you do not what it to move, when it does the vest becomes very uncomfortable and loose, this also causes the material on the shoulders to shift constantly and dig into your shoulders causing pain. All and all I do not recommend the vest because of shotty workmanship. The clasps do not have to be so cheap that it never holds the vest in place. This would seem to be something that they could of taken care of very easily if they wanted to. I actually went out and purchased a gravity weight belt after my poor experience with the weight vest. I never complain about things that I buy, but I have had enough. This vest could so easily be fixed and be a good product and I guarantee the company knows it but does not what to spend the extra 50 cents to make it a excellent product.

Overall, I like this bag. It has a solid construction- high-quality zippers, water-repellent surface, and well-attached handles. I also think it looks pretty good. My one complaint on it is that the long strap is a little awkward when attached to the bag. It doesn't easily sit on one of your shoulders with the bag hanging to your side. I've found if I use the long strap I have to use it so that the bag hangs behind my back.

I got these to be able to see but block blue light in the evening. I had another pair purchased at the optician's and lost track of it. The only complaint I have is that actually there are more sizes and my other pair is a little larger. This one fits over my glasses but not my computer glasses which are larger. Not a real problem for me now, but be aware of this issue.

Burgundy Deluxe Buckwheat Hull Filled Zafu Meditation Cushion Yoga Pillow Review

I don't actually meditate, but someone suggested I get one of these for a yoga teacher training program I attended since there was a lot of sitting involved. I found the cushion to be very stiff, even after taking out some of the buckwheat hulls. OH, and this was the 3rd meditation cushion I ordered. This one was by far the best quality one I found. You can remove the outer fabric to wash if needed and the filling is still contained by an inner lining. Other pillows said the cover was removable but those would have required that you take out all the filling first! I decided to return this but if you're looking for a good quality cushion and you're into the buckwheat filling, this seems like a good product.
