X-concealment "C" Series Kydex Concealment Belt Holster Glock 17/22/31 Black Right-hand Review

This is a great kydex holster! Low profile and molded to fit full size Glock pistols (17/22/31). Has the standard forward cant and belt loops that accomodate belts up to 1.75". It has that great, authoritative "click" when you fully seat the Glock inside the holster, and the tension is adjustable. The sight channel on the holster is also constructed to accomodate taller after-market sights.

The only downside that I saw was that they could've done a better job of smoothing out the belt loop openings. The belt loop openings on my sample had pretty sharp edges that ended up cutting/marring my leather Galco belt so I ended up sanding away the sharp edges with some fine-grit sandpaper.

I actually bought this X-concealment holster to replace the Raven concealment holster that I've been using at the range. The Raven is a good holster, but I noticed that the retention of the Raven holster really loosened up after only about 1 year of use. The Raven isn't adjustable for tension so I decided to opt for this X-concealment kydex holster which is tension adjustable via a screw right below the trigger guard area.

This product is soft and comfortable however, it broke down very, very quickly. Color faded and weaving separated. I had purchased a similar product before and it held up much longer than the recent purchase. If you get one, realize you may need to bring it inside each time after you use it. It did not stand up to the elements. Personally, I far prefer to have the hammock ready and waiting rather than having to take it down and put it up each time.
