They are comfortable and sized like regular shoes, so if you plan on wearing thick socks, you might want to go up a half size. They are nearly identical in look to the more expensive Ariats. The detailed stitching around the toe is nice touch. Zipper on one is a tad sticky. Packaging was great.

I was a little concerned about ordering the gray because I bought them for working out and I was afraid they would show sweat. I'm relieved to say they don't show sweat marks except for when I wear knee pads over them for 2-3 hours at a time during intensive workouts, and even then it's just where the knee pads were. Very comfortable, easy to work out in, and not so low cut that they ride down during workouts and bending and squatting such that my undergarments show. Just purchased another pair, in black this time for variety.

OnGuard Mastiff 5019 Bicycle Chain Lock Review

The chain was cut using bolt-cutters in broad daylight on a busy street; this is no security whatsoever. I had two bikes locked to a street bike rack using the 5019. I bought the lock because of its reputation and the associated warranty (theoretically up to $3001 US).

The support from the distributor (Todson Inc./OnGuard Locks USA) has been appalling!

- It took four months and many, many calls (eliciting weak excuses for inactivity) before they came back with a cash offer of $750 - for a bike orginally discounted from $1800 to $1500 - that is less than 1 year old and in perfect condition. The second bike, although not stated in the warranty registration, is not covered at all because it is "a second bike attached to the same lock".

- In summary, the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.
