I purchased these shorts for lacrosse. They are definitely bulkier than I expected (pads are thicker and more rigid than McDavid Hexpad shorts) and the x-fit system doesn't hold the cup in place as well as other Shock Doctor products I've owned. Overall, they aren't bad, but still aren't the perfect solution I'm looking for that provides decent protection, light form factor, and a secure fit with cup.
