It's thin. For 75 bucks, it's extremely thin. I haven't had the sweatshirt for very long; I don't know how sturdy it is. One review for the same sweatshirt with a different team logo mentioned it was "soft and sturdy". That being said, my biggest disappointment - and some Bengals fans may disagree with the reason - is the logo. The description and pictures of the shirt on Amazon, at the time of purchase, were accurate (even to the original uniform), but it was not until I held the shirt in my hands that I realized just how closely the helmet resembles that of the Cleveland Browns. This, of course, was one of the reasons the Bengals changed their helmets in the 80s, but it still doesn't change the fact that, at first glance, it looks like a Browns shirt.
