Shirt- V-TAC SIERRA Combat Shirt-TACTICAL-4XL Review

Purchased This product in tactical black last month as our group started playing night games to beat the heat of the day(thought the darker color scheme would help me blend on really dark overcast nights). While it does function well as a mil-sim, being made similar to bdu light coats, it is not quite the jersey that I had hoped for. I have been an avid player since highschool, speedball at a local field and primarily woodsball early evenings and weekends with friends.
This jersey (1)- wasn't soft/silky like many other brands helping you to prevent ball breakage in slight glancing shots(rougher materials snagg causing breakage even if it hits material only like in creases or folds of the jersey.
(2)- for such a heavy material there is no ventilation built in, not even grommets or gussetts near underarm area for perspiration or convection cooling, making it a late summer to mid autumn addon when the weather might be cooler.
(3)- irritating velcro closures down last 4-6" of either side of stomach that was not stated in article at time of purchase. card attached from valken it is to cover harness connections and still allow for easy accessibility of them(either way wear a t-shirt under cause the velcro hard side is turned toward your body and it did scratch badily.
(4)- while speed and crawling is not as demanded for in secenario games compared to the speedball games I have played it would have been nice if they had added thumb holes on the sleeves to help keep sleeves aligned, might have been a misstitch in this one in particular.
...It would seem Valken could have added some slight changes and made this jersey potenially much better for all types of players, but I must give them kudos for the dual arm pouches. Later.

Could be better, but it is definitely the MOST accurate version you can buy. Stainless steel blade, plastic handle, plastic wings, and everything else is cheap cast iron. Triforce symbol is offset on one side. Wooden plaque is junk. Blade heavy because the back end is all cheap plastic and cast iron.

I've taken it apart and am currently rebuilding it to look screen accurate. The handle is too long, the hand guard is shaped backwards, the wings are wrong, and the pommel is the wrong shape. All these things are being fixed, but to a casual gamer or cosplayer, these things won't be noticed in passing. It looks awesome out of the box, but I'm a LoZ fanatic and OCD, so I notice these things.

For the money, can't beat it.
