My insurance did not cover this and the doctor's office wanted over $100 for the exact same thing. It works as needed, but does tend to work loose as it gets older. I have some trouble keeping it in the right position when bike riding. Not easy to wash and be sure to wash it by itself as it will turn the water black as the dye comes out of the cloth easily
