I'm a 9 and a half wide, and this brand of shoe runs a bit tight width wise on my feet so I typically get this shoe in a size 10 in order to compensate for how narrow these shoes are. They fit fine after that. I don't like the weired colored shoe laces but this shoe when it was sold came with an extra pair of laces that were black, which also sucked, so I had to purchase a white pair to go with the tuxedo look of the rest of the shoe. The colored laces just don't quite fit with the color scheme of this shoe and would work better on a green, or gold red green combo colored shoe. The soul of this shoe is great and protects your feet from getting wet from the wicking or capillary effect that shoes using the classic converse style souls suffer from. These shoes typically wear out after about 4 to 5 months of continuous use in my experience, and after one month the top of the rubber edge of the soul begins to split way from the leather portion of the shoe.
