It's adjustable fits nice for my self or my son. My son got hit in the head while stealing second base, and he just got up looking around lol..he didn't even know he got hit in the head, he was laughing about it, even told me after words he was glad he had this helmet because the helmet he had before when the same thing happened he felt it and the helmet would come off.
