UPDATE 7/3/2012 - This item is not made very well and has required numerous repairs. I have fixed the waterline twice, the spring is broken, and the quick disconnect shutoff valve broke off. I appreciate the quick response from the seller but the item is not worth the money especially if you are not willing to do repairs!

This is an novelty and it also serves as a "splash pad" for the younger kids. One thing that I do not like is that the spray is around the outer edge so when the water valve is not completely open, it is hard to wash feet. Also, I walked outside today and water was everywhere. When I opened the shower, four screws, a hose had come undone. I reinserted the hose and tightened the clamp. It is working fine now. This might explain the little puddle that I've seen since I started using the shower. As a, precaution, you might want to open the shower base and tightened the hoses before you begin using the shower.

Is it worth the money?????? As a novelty, yes. If you just want a shower, buy something cheaper. Also, my daughter weights 25 pounds and she has to jump to get it to come on.
