Looks good, comes in a variety of lengths and angles, uses a well thought out four bolt face plate and weighs about what an aluminum threadless stem should weigh. I have two of these - one in 100mm and one in the 120mm variant. High quality threadless stems should have two pinch bolts on the steerer stem and four bolts with a removable face plate on the bars. Single pinch bolt steerer clamps and two bolt bar clamps are reserved for cheap stems. I've been using mine for almost a year at the time of this writing and have no complaints. I've never actually had any complaint about any high quality stem, so I place this in the realm of all the other high quality stems.
