I purchased a mid-range misting system and received it about a week before Memorial Day. I put it up per the instructions and when the pump was started, water gushed out of the pump housing! I called the Cool-Off company and spoke to a co-owner, Dave. Dave was going to email me info and I was going to trouble-shoot the pump and email him with info. I should have known since he was about to enter a business lunch that i would never hear from him. Sure enough it's almost two weeks later and still no word, messages are unanswered and today I did get someone on the phone that was condescending, unprofessional and refused to listen to my situation at all and they screamed at me over the phone and hung up. So, I have a $350 piece of crap and the company refuses to speak to me. I had found the pump was broken, thus it was hemorrhaging water rather than pumping it. My advice, buy a different brand. To top it off, my Memorial Day cookout was a disaster at 96 degrees and no misters.
