Product Description
This fully equipped shirt loves to hang out in the same places the fish do. Cool, breezy nylon fabric has a soft, supple feel and wicks moisture as it repels the sun’s harsh rays. In the back, mesh-lined vents enhance airflow for breathable comfort. In front, a rod-holder frees up your hands while your work with your line and lures. Construction details include roomy hook and loop storage pockets, a curved hem, and sleeves that can be rolled up and secured with a button tab for added versatility. Authentic fit.Columbia Women's Omni-Dry Eddyline Long Sleeve Shirt,White,Large Review
I own the Columbia Eddyline in 4 colors, and plan to buy more this summer. I am 5'5", 170# and the Large fits me perfectly. The Eddyline shirt is cut loosely without any contouring seams, but it is sized for women in the bust, hips, sleeve length, and shirt length. If you want to show off your waistline don't buy this shirt. It is long enough to cover my backside without looking man-ish. It has useful tabs at the mid-upper arm for securing rolled up sleeves, and the fabric and vented back are lifesavers in hot weather. It is the best hot weather shirt I have ever owned. I was concerned that it would feel like a windbreaker jacket fabric, but no, not even close to that, the fabric is very soft, comfortable, and light weight against the skin. It washes well, no pilling. I usually hang mine up to dry, but it can be machine dried without any problem. I did have one shirt pick up lint balls from a heavy cotton item it was washed with (I don't know which item), but the other 3 shirts have faired perfectly in the washer while being washed with chinos, cotton t-shirts, very light jeans, etc. If it wrinkles in your luggage just put it on that way and within 10-15 minutes of normal activity the wrinkles are manageable, and within 30 minutes they are gone altogether. I would love it if Columbia would make the Eddyline in a broader color range with less tropical, more subdued (but rich) colors (sand, taupe, dark navy blue, etc.) which would make them ideal for transition season or travel shirts for 24 hour use. If you like loose, but not masculine, shirts I highly recommend the Columbia Eddyline. Most of the consumer Reviews tell that the "Columbia Women's Omni-Dry Eddyline Long Sleeve Shirt,White,Large" are high quality item.
